Videographer & Editor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production

• Capture high-quality video footage for events, interviews, academic programs, promotional videos, and campus activities.
• Operate professional video cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Plan and execute shoots, including storyboarding, scripting, and set preparation.

2. Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Add sound effects, background music, voice-overs, color correction, graphics, and subtitles.
• Ensure videos align with DBS Global University’s branding and communication standards.

3. Photography

• Capture high-quality photographs for events, marketing materials, social media, and publications.
• Edit and retouch photos to maintain a consistent visual style.

4. Social Media Content

• Create short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team for creative campaigns, reels, and stories.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to understand content requirements.
• Attend university events and ensure all key moments are documented.
• Maintain an organized archive of all video and photo content.

6. Equipment Management

• Manage, maintain, and safely store all media equipment.
• Suggest upgrades or new purchases when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Multimedia Production, or related field.
• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
• Strong proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and sound recording.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
