We are seeking a skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and support our communication and promotional initiatives.

Job Summary
The Videographer & Editor will plan, film, and edit engaging video content for school events, social media, promotional campaigns, and internal communication. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Film school events such as assemblies, cultural programs, sports days, competitions, and special functions.
• Produce promotional videos showcasing student achievements, school facilities, and campus activities.
• Edit footage into polished, high-quality videos using professional editing software.
• Collaborate with school leadership and staff to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organize and maintain an archive of all video content.
• Ensure all video content adheres to school branding, values, and student privacy guidelines.
• Deliver completed videos within agreed timelines and incorporate feedback constructively.

Qualifications
Required:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in editing tools
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and sound recording.
• Creativity, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Time-management skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in educational institutions or with children.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic graphic design.
• Photography skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹45,000
