Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for videographer/photographer. The videographer/photographer will support the photography team by assisting in set preparation, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth shoots. Responsibilities include organizing photography sessions, handling and maintaining camera gear, assisting in post-processing, and coordinating with clients or team members to deliver the best results. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience
• Proficiency in operating photography equipment and technical knowledge of cameras, lighting setups, and accessories.
• Strong understanding of photo/video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; basic retouching and editing skills are preferred.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth workflow during shoots and timely delivery of projects.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams, follow directions, and adapt quickly during photoshoots.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Prior experience in photography or a portfolio showcasing skills in photography is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site and availability for occasional flexible working hours, including weekends if required.
