You are a highly skilled and visionary Video Head responsible for leading the video team at Rajasthan Patrika. Your role involves overseeing the entire video content strategy and operations for the website and YouTube platforms, integrating AI-powered video technologies, and driving innovative storytelling. You will lead and manage a team of video producers, editors, and visual storytellers, plan and implement a comprehensive video content strategy tailored to digital audiences, and oversee end-to-end video production processes. Collaboration with editorial and tech teams is crucial for embedding, cross-promotion, and optimization across platforms. Your responsibilities include integrating and experimenting with AI tools for video editing, voiceover, subtitling, thumbnails, content repurposing, and performance analytics. You must ensure all content aligns with brand tone, editorial standards, and audience expectations, while using AI-driven insights and analytics to guide content planning and increase viewer engagement. Upskilling team members in modern digital video formats and emerging tools, monitoring key performance metrics, and continually improving processes are key aspects of your role. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, journalism, or digital content creation, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of digital video trends, YouTube SEO, and content algorithms. Proficiency in professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, as well as practical experience with AI-driven video production tools such as Descript, Runway, Pictory, and Synthesia are essential. Knowledge of CMS platforms, cloud-based storage, media servers, and basic web technologies is also required. Excellent communication skills, editorial judgment, and storytelling abilities are a must. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film & Media, or a related field.
