Job Summary:

The Video Surveillance Executive will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, identifying unusual activities, ensuring security protocols are followed, and generating timely reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to handle real-time situations responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage and report any suspicious or abnormal activity immediately.
Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and shift activities.
Identify potential risks, safety issues, or violations and escalate them as per protocol.
Coordinate with supervisors or clients for real-time updates.
Ensure all surveillance equipment is operating effectively; report downtime or technical issues.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all security and compliance guidelines.
Prepare shift-end reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure consistent adherence to operating procedures and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
