Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Specialist located in Pune. The Video Specialist will be responsible for video production, new media integration, photography, and video editing. Key tasks include creating and editing video content, managing media production projects, and ensuring high-quality visual output. The role will require collaborating with various teams to produce engaging and effective video content that aligns with client goals.

Job Responsibility

1. Interact with clients to gain clarity of requirements and their preferences.

2. Create or incorporate visuals to reflect the desired theme and tone for the assignments.

3. Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received.

4. Storyboarding and creating video content library for marketing activities across social and digital platforms. Eg; Reels, memes etc.

5. Visit Clients and shoot video for company’s introduction, promotion and social media engagement.

6. Prepare videos for festival greetings, new product launch and for promoting existing ones.

Skills required

1. 1+ Year of experience in video creation and editing.

2. Software expertise: Premiere Pro, After Effect and Photoshop.

3. Good to have experience with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing.

4. Deadline-focused and goal-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.

5. Attention to detail and reasonable verbal communication skills.

Education

1. Graduation/equivalent degree +certification in Video editing
