Job Title: Video Recorder and Editor (Contractual 3 Months)

Timings: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:

The Video Recorder and Editor will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos of school events, activities, and other initiatives, including but not limited to founders day, International Yoga Day, and Parent Teacher Orientations. The role requires end-to-end video productionfrom planning and shooting to post-production editing—ensuring content is engaging and suitable for social media and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Record videos of school events, classroom activities, and special programs on-site.
• • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for digital and social media platforms.
• • Collaborate with school staff to plan video coverage and understand event requirements.
• • Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per event schedules.
• • Maintain and organise video files and backups.
• • Operate and maintain video recording equipment.

Relevant Software Knowledge:

• • Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• • Final Cut Pro (video editing)
• • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, basic animation)
• • DaVinci Resolve (colour grading and editing)
• • Adobe Audition or Audacity (audio editing, if required)
• • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva (for thumbnails or overlays)

Additional Requirements:

• • Prior experience in educational or event videography preferred.
• • Portfolio of previous video projects will be an advantage.
• • Own equipment (camera, tripod, microphones, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, on-site contractual position for three months.
