Key Responsibilities

• Storytelling & Editing:

  Assemble and edit long-form videos (e.g., 8-15 minutes) from raw footage, creating a compelling narrative flow, maintaining a strong pace, and ensuring continuity.

• Motion Graphics:

  Design and implement

  high-quality motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, and call-to-action elements

  using Adobe After Effects to enhance viewer engagement.

• Audio & Color:

  Perform

  professional sound design, audio mixing, and color correction/grading

  to ensure all videos meet a premium broadcast standard.

• Optimization:

  Create export files optimized for YouTube, and quickly repurpose long-form clips into engaging, vertical short-form content (30-60 seconds) for social media.

• Workflow:

  Organize and manage project files and assets efficiently for collaboration and archiving. Meet non-negotiable weekly deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery:

  Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

  (or DaVinci Resolve) AND

  Intermediate/Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects

  .

• Technical Setup:

  Must own and utilize a dedicated editing system with

  minimum specifications

  of:
• CPU: Intel i7 / Ryzen 7 (or equivalent/better)
• RAM: 16

  GB

  (or more)
• Dedicated GPU (NVIDIA/AMD)

• Reliability:

  Proven ability to manage large project files and maintain an organized workflow. Must have a stable internet connection with a

  minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps

  and a power/internet backup plan (UPS, 4G/5G hotspot).

• Creative Mindset:

  Strong sense of pacing, humor, timing, and an ability to translate creative feedback into action.
