Video Production Manager

This is a full-time on-site Video Editor role based in Indore. As the Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for online courses and publication magazines. Your main task will involve collaborating with the content team and management to create visually informative and engaging educational videos that meet the company's standards. Your roles and responsibilities will include editing and compiling raw footage into engaging educational videos. You will enhance videos with graphics, animations, and visual effects, ensuring to maintain a unified visual style based on feedback. It will be your responsibility to improve audio quality, sync it with video, and conduct thorough quality checks to meet the set standards. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, keep files organized for efficient workflow, and stay updated on video editing and educational tech trends. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing educational content. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent is required. A strong understanding of video production principles and techniques is essential, along with a creative mindset for visual storytelling and educational impact. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also key requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be beneficial in this role.
