Video Producer / Video Production Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to handle both Pre-Production and Post-Production aspects of video shoots, video editing, and photography. This role requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills in planning shoots, operating equipment, editing video/photo content, and delivering polished final products for various digital platforms.

Pre-Production (Video & Photography)

• Collaborate with creative teams or clients to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Plan shoot logistics, including location scouting, talent coordination, permits, and scheduling.
• Prepare shot lists, scripts, and production timelines.
• Select and arrange equipment, props, wardrobe, and crew needs.
• Conduct pre-shoot meetings and technical checks to ensure readiness.

Video Shooting & Photography (Production Phase)

• Operate professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema-grade) for video and still photography.
• Set up lighting, audio, and staging according to project needs.
• Direct on-set activities, ensuring consistency with creative vision.
• Capture high-quality video footage and photos based on the storyboard or brand requirements.

Post-Production (Video & Photography)

• Import, organize, and back up raw video/photo files.
• Edit video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Perform photo editing and retouching in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and visual effects as needed.
• Sync audio, mix background music, and perform basic sound design or correction.
• Color correct and grade final visuals to meet branding standards.
• Export final files in required formats for web, social media, broadcast, or print.
• Manage media library and version control for archived projects.
• Proficiency with video editing software
• Skilled in photography and photo editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and camera operation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and post-production workflows.
• Portfolio or demo reel required.
