Job Purpose: To conceptualize, produce, and edit high quality video content for digital platforms, enhancing brand engagement and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and paid campaigns.
• Innovate with video formats including drone footage, AI driven animations, and motion graphics.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Manage pre-production (storyboarding, scripting) and post-production workflows.
• Maintain a content calendar for video shoots and releases.
• Monitor video performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills.
• Knowledge of audio mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.

Experience Required: 68 years, preferably in education, media, or agency settings
