Video & Motion Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor at Gallagher, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects for their impressive client list. Your role will involve collaborating with senior designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders to create engaging motion design and animation projects. Here are the details of what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Take briefs and direction from Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and consultants to execute motion graphics animations for various projects. - Contribute to the concepting phase of briefs and deliver engaging motion design and animation projects. - Create style frames, storyboards, and motion tests, ensuring to work collaboratively within the team. - Meet schedules and project deadlines, maintaining ongoing communication with production and leads. - Take responsibility for your workload, time management, and necessary feedback actions required by Supervisors. - Stay updated with industry knowledge, current trends, and work within client brand guidelines. - Drive projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and delivery. - Be an active member of the studio by sharing knowledge, contributing to the design culture, and presenting in client conversations. - Independently deliver outputs and take ownership of projects as you progress, ensuring timely and high-quality work. Qualifications Required: - Experience in motion design and editing with a portfolio showcasing creative work. - Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere, with knowledge of Cinema 4d as a bonus. - Strong eye for composition, color, typography, movement, and depth. - Good communication and problem-solving skills, along with eagerness for professional development. - Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards innovative solutions. - Confidence as a verbal and visual communicator and a team player.
