As a Video Lead at The Ayurveda Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all video advertisements and performance-driven video content across various platforms. In this role, you will lead a team, manage end-to-end video production, and collaborate with creators, influencers, and external partners to drive growth and engagement. Your creative input will play a crucial role in shaping the company's visual storytelling and video performance strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals, performance metrics, and creative direction. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Planning**: Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, create project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives. - **Production Management**: Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. - **Crew Management**: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals. - **Shooting and Directing**: Oversee video shoots, direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics. - **Post-Production**: Supervise the editing process, ensuring the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision. - **Quality Control**: Review and approve video drafts, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines. - **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, provide project updates, and address feedback. - **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets. - **Distribution and Promotion**: Assist in creating strategies for video distribution and promotion across various platforms. - **Equipment and Technology**: Stay updated with the latest video production equipment and software. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, focusing on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing. - Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay updated with industry trends. - Strong portfolio showcasing ad content and branded storytelling. - Understanding of different video formats, distribution platforms, and legal requirements.,
