Video IP Verification Sr Engineer/Sr Lead/Staff/Sr Staff Engineer

Role Overview: You are required to have 2 to 15 years of experience and should have expertise in coverage driven module verification. You must be proficient in System Verilog, UVM, and have a strong background in testbench development including stimulus, agent, monitor, and checker. It is essential to be skilled in failure debugging using Verdi & log file, and have experience working with a c based reference model within the testbench. Additionally, you should have knowledge of assertion development, EDA tools like IUS, VCS, Verdi, scripting languages such as perl, Python, and be a good team player. Interaction with designers and other verification engineers is a key aspect of the role. Previous experience with video pipeline and tensilica is advantageous. Familiarity with sub-system verification, C based system modelling, and debugging with a C based reference model is required. Exposure to various verification tasks such as gate level simulation, power aware simulation, formal verification, sub-system verification, and emulation is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Work on coverage driven module verification - Develop testbenches including stimulus, agent, monitor, and checker - Debug failures using Verdi & log file - Implement c based reference models within the testbench - Develop assertions - Utilize EDA tools like IUS, VCS, Verdi - Scripting using perl, Python - Collaborate effectively with designers and verification engineers - Work on video pipeline and tensilica projects - Perform sub-system verification and C based system modelling - Debug with C based reference models - Engage in gate level simulation, power aware simulation, formal verification, and emulation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience OR - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience OR - PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience Please note that the additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted.,
