Job Description:

We are looking for a Video Editor who also possesses strong Graphic Design skills to join our creative team at TQI. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating dynamic and engaging video content, while also contributing to graphic design projects such as thumbnails, social media posts, and campaign creatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content including reels, ads, explainer videos, corporate videos, and product showcases.
• Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, basic animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Design static visual assets such as thumbnails, posters, social media creatives, presentations, and digital banners.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to bring brand stories to life across digital platforms.
• Conduct research on current video and design trends to create highly engaging content.
• Optimize video content for multiple formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
• Manage and organize video and design asset libraries efficiently.
• Stay updated with AI tools that enhance video editing and design workflows.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
• Good working knowledge of graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma.
• Ability to create basic motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• High-performing, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual committed to delivering creative excellence.
• 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in video editing with additional experience in graphic design.
• Strong storytelling ability, sense of visual aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing both video editing projects and graphic design work.
