About The Role

We're on the lookout for a Junior Video Editor who brings stories to life through sharp edits and dynamic motion graphics. You'll be working with our creative team to craft content that cuts through the noise from social-first edits to campaign films. If you love storytelling, design, and motion, this role is for you.What You'll Do

• Edit videos for digital platforms: social media, branded films, campaign reels, and micro-content.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate content.
• Adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios across platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all projects follow brand guidelines and deliver with consistency.
• Stay ahead of editing and motion design trends to keep our work fresh.
  

What We're Looking For

• 12 years of professional editing experience (agency/production house/freelance).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (core editing).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for motion graphics & design integration.
• A solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual design principles.
• Ability to deliver clean, engaging edits under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates both editing and motion design skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working on social-first content (Reels, Shorts, campaign teasers).
• Basic audio design skills (music syncing, SFX).
• Familiarity with codecs, formats, and digital export best practices.
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to commute to work (Bangalore).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Slides).
• Own a laptop/system that you can use at work.
