We are a growing startup looking for a creative and detail-oriented Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and wants to gain hands-on experience in content creation for digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, campaigns, and promotional material.Retouch and enhance photos for marketing, branding, and digital platforms.Work with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas.Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.Add visual effects, transitions, animations, and sound design to enhance video quality.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.Organize and maintain digital assets for easy access and future use.Required SkillsVideo Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Adobe After Effects, basic animation, and compositing.Photo Editing Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.Color Correction & Grading: DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.Sound Editing: Basic audio clean-up and background music syncing.Creative Design: Canva or Adobe Illustrator (basic knowledge).Knowledge of different video formats, codecs, and export settings for digital platforms.Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and attention to detail.Preferred (Nice to Have)Knowledge of 3D/2D Animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).Familiarity with social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style editing).Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for video and graphics.Experience with project collaboration tools (Trello, Notion, Slack).QualificationsBachelor’s degree/diploma in Media, Film, Communication, Design, or related field (optional for skilled candidates).Fresher to 1 year of professional or internship experience in video/photo editing.A portfolio/reel showcasing editing, photo retouching, and creative work is required.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Hands-on experience in multiple aspects of media and creative production.Creative freedom and space to experiment with new ideas.Career growth opportunities as we scale.ContactInterested candidates can share their resume and portfolio/reel with us at:Email: [email protected]
