Key Responsibilities :

• Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for campaigns, product launches,
  social media, and brand communication.
• Enhance storytelling through creative use of visuals, sound, pacing, and effects.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and producers to conceptualize
  video formats and narratives.
• Provide input on storyboarding, scripting, and shot selection.
• Experiment with new editing styles, formats, and trends to keep content fresh and
  engaging.
• Manage color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, OTT,etc.).
• Maintain a high standard of technical quality, ensuring smooth exports and quick
  turnarounds.
• Mentor and guide junior editors and freelancers.
• Establish best practices, workflows, and efficient editing pipelines.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized file structures and ensure proper archiving of video assets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on timelines, revisions, and final outputs.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard
  tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and color correction.
• Experience working across diverse video formats (ads, explainers, documentaries, reels,
  long-form, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus
