Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at

Bhawanipore, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling,

capable of editing high-quality content for interviews, promotional campaigns, event

coverages, and social media platforms. This role requires strong technical skills, a creative

eye, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

 Edit raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms, including website,

YouTube, and social media.

 Create engaging video content for interviews, event coverage, promotional

campaigns, and news features.

 Add motion graphics, sound effects, and other variables to enhance video quality.

 Collaborate with journalists, content writers, and designers to align video output with

editorial and branding guidelines.

 Maintain an organized video library and ensure timely delivery of projects.

 Adapt videos for different formats (landscape, vertical, reels/shorts, etc.)

 Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

 Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.

 Must be proficient with Canva.

 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, indesign.

 Basic knowledge of sound editing and color correction.

 Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

 Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
