Role Overview:
We’re hiring a versatile Video Editor who can do more than just cut clips. You’ll be responsible for editing YouTube long-form videos, reels/shorts, podcasts, and ad creatives with a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and brand voice. The ideal candidate also brings skills in VFX, color grading, and sound design to make every video hit harder.

Responsibilities:

• Edit YouTube videos (long-form & shorts) with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Edit Instagram Reels, ads, and short-form content for virality.
• Sync and edit podcast video + audio, ensuring clean sound and engaging flow.
• Add sound design, music, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer experience.
• Use VFX and motion graphics to make content stand out.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand look and tone.
• Stay updated on editing trends and formats that maximize engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing for YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and podcasts.
• Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition/DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools).
• Skills in sound design, mixing, and color grading.
• Ability to handle fast turnarounds while maintaining high quality.
• Portfolio showcasing story-driven edits, VFX, and impactful short-form content.

Salary: Based on experience & portfolio (competitive for the right candidate).
