You will be responsible for creating and editing engaging and high-quality video content specifically tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels. Collaborating closely with content creators, influencers, and the marketing team is essential to ensure that the video content you develop aligns with the brand's goals and strategies. In order to maximize engagement, you will need to optimize the content for social media by tailoring the videos to meet specific platform requirements such as aspect ratios, length, captions, and format. Applying various video editing techniques, transitions, and effects will be crucial to creating visually appealing and captivating reels. Maintaining brand consistency across all video content is vital, including visual identity, tone, and messaging. Staying updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and best practices is essential to ensure that the content remains fresh and relevant. You will be responsible for reviewing, proofing, and editing videos to meet quality standards, ensuring clarity in visuals, audio, and text. Managing multiple video editing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality work will require effective time management skills. Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine video content and meet expectations, as well as analyzing video performance using insights and analytics to optimize viewer engagement, will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, organizing and maintaining a digital library of video assets for easy access and reuse will be part of your responsibilities. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in technical support, total work, and video editing. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
