As a Video Editor at the company, your role will involve crafting engaging and immersive short-form content that resonates across platforms by shaping storytelling through cuts, visuals, and sound to captivate the audience. A solid understanding of editing for performance marketing, especially Meta ads, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Edit short-form content like Reels, Shorts, and Micro-dramas with a strong narrative and visual flow. - Cut and assemble engaging ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram (Meta). - Integrate b-rolls and licensed/royalty-free music to enhance emotional impact. - Ensure proper pacing, rhythm, and story arc within tight durations. - Apply text overlays, subtitles, and transitions in line with platform trends. - Collaborate effectively with scriptwriters, designers, and motion graphics artists. - Organise and maintain project files while ensuring version control. What You Bring: - 2+ years of editing experience in digital content, with a preference for short-form content. - A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities, aesthetic polish, and versatility. - Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Understanding of audio mixing, music timing, and sound layering. - Knowledge of Meta Ads formats and creative guidelines. - Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within tight timelines. - Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages. Nice to Have: - Experience in editing vertical content for creators or platforms. - Understanding of content marketing goals and ad performance optimization. - Familiarity with subtitle styling and syncing tools.
