✅ 1+ year experience in video editing, especially for podcasts or informative videos
✅ Good audio editing skills✅ Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects✅ Basic understanding of YouTube (uploading, SEO basics, thumbnails)✅ Ability to work under deadlines and deliver on time✅ Basic knowledge of handling camera and production (shooting, lights, mic setup)✅ Organizing and managing raw footage✅ Creative eye for storytelling and improving video quality✅ Team player with good communication skills
