We are looking for a Video Editor cum Videographer who can bring stories to life through high-quality shoots and crisp editing tailored for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Shoot videos at clinics, hospitals, and events (doctor reels, patient stories, clinic tours, interviews, educational content).
• Operate and maintain professional equipment – camera, lights, audio, tripod, gimbal.
• Plan shots and ensure clean framing, lighting, and sound during shoots.
• Coordinate with clients on-site to ensure a smooth shoot experience.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and GMB.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and graphics.
• Repurpose videos across formats and platforms.
• Deliver final outputs that are visually appealing and aligned with the healthcare brand image.

Collaboration & Creativity

• Work with designers, content writers, and the strategy team to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Stay updated with video trends (especially healthcare-friendly, trending reel formats).
• Ensure all content is medically accurate, ethical, and compliant with healthcare marketing rules.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography + video editing (agency/healthcare experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong storytelling, editing sense, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to travel for shoots within [City/Region].
• Knowledge of photography is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
