Role Overview:

Visual Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce videos, thumbnails, and other creative assets for social media content.
• Handle

  shoot-based edits, green matte (chroma) edits, and commercial-style edits

  for campaigns.
• Develop engaging troll content, governance-related visuals, and leader elevation materials.
• Stay updated with social and political trends to create timely and relevant content.
• Collaborate with the production and content teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  2–4 years in video editing / creative production, preferably in digital media or political/brand campaigns.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Hands-on expertise in

  shoot edits, green matte (chroma key) edits, and commercial edits

• Strong understanding of social media content formats and production workflows.
• Creative storytelling, adaptability to trends, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
