Video Designer

This role requires creative thinking, technical execution, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and client brand stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and edit brand films, reels, digital ads, and campaign videos.
• Collaborate directly with creative and strategy teams to understand brand objectives.
• Participate in selected client calls and reviews to align creative direction.
• Create motion graphics, typography treatments, and brand-driven video design.
• Manage timelines and deliver high-quality output under deadlines.
• Bring a strong cinematic, emotional, and storytelling approach to editing.
• Research trends and innovative video formats for inspiration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & motion tools.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Strong sense of timing, music, emotion and narrative structure.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and multi-format delivery.
• Knowledge of Reels trends, short-form content and video-first culture.
