We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Motion Graphics + VFX)

At MadMade, we help some of the coolest D2C brands in skincare, makeup, fashion, and more bring their stories to life. Now, we’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals with motion graphics and VFX magic.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Edit raw footage into highly engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a deep focus on creating quick, compelling narratives that engage viewers instantly, making each video both captivating and shareable.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with creative leads, content managers, and team members to ensure alignment with branding and content strategy.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Create and incorporate motion graphics elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Utilize various AI tools to streamline editing processes and enhance creativity.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in social media content and video editing techniques.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times while ensuring high quality.

•⁠ ⁠⁠ Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

•⁠ ⁠⁠Creative eye for animation, timing, and storytelling

•⁠ ⁠⁠1–2 years of experience in video design or motion graphics (freshers with strong portfolios encouraged)

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of color theory and experience with color correction/grading workflows.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with audio syncing, sound design, and basic mixing.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with VFX or 3D animation tools (a plus, not required).

•⁠ ⁠Work from office: BTM Layout, Bangalore

•⁠ ⁠Monday – Friday

•⁠ ⁠Experience: 1-2 years
