VIDEO EDITOR - LONG FORMAT

We’re on the hunt for a talented Long-Form Video Editor who’s experienced in handling podcast-style content — from multi-camera shoots to audio syncing and storytelling edits. You’ll be shaping conversations into captivating content across YouTube, Spotify Video, Instagram (Reels/Snippets), and more.

If you love long conversations, know how to edit around moments that matter, and can make 30+ minute content just as engaging as short clips — you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form podcast-style videos (15–60 minutes) for YouTube and other platforms
• Handle multi-angle footage, audio syncing, clean cuts, and sound design
• Add lower thirds, transitions, branded elements, intros/outros, and captions
• Cut shorter clips from long episodes for social media repurposing (Reels, Shorts)
• Coordinate with podcast host(s) and videographers for shoot timelines and quality
• Manage file organization, backup, and versioning for ongoing episodes
• Work with audio engineers (or independently) to ensure studio-quality sound

Requirements:

• Proven experience in long-form video editing (especially podcasts, interviews, webinars)
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of basic color grading and audio enhancement
• Ability to craft engaging stories from raw discussions and remove filler content

Pay: ₹10,389.23 - ₹31,779.35 per month
