The institute is expanding its video team and looking for a Video Editor who can blend strong communication with creative editing in a relaxed, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for courses, ads, reels, social media, and promotions using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Make communication the top priority by coordinating clearly with the content, marketing, and training teams, guiding them on what will work best in video.
• Add basic design and motion elements (thumbnails, lower thirds, simple animations) using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Share ideas, give and receive feedback, and help the team improve the overall quality of content.
• Keep learning new tools, techniques, and trends in video editing and design to improve output quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong foundation in video editing basics: cuts, transitions, timing, color correction, sound, and exports.
• Excellent communication skills – this is the number one priority for this role.
• Basic understanding of design principles (layouts, fonts, colours) to make clean, professional visuals.
• Willingness to learn new things, experiment, and grow with the institute.
• 0–3 years of experience in video editing; freshers with strong skills and learning attitude are welcome.
