Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1-2 years of professional experience in video production. The ideal candidate will not only excel at post-production editing but also have hands-on knowledge of camera handling and lighting setups to ensure high-quality video content from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with IIM SKILLS’ brand and style guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, directors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of camera operations, framing, and lighting to assist in shoot planning and execution.
• Enhance videos through color grading, sound editing, and visual effects to deliver a professional finish.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
• Maintain organized archives of video assets and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing within a professional environment.
• Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of camera types, settings, and operation.
• Solid knowledge of lighting principles and techniques for video production.
• Basic skills in motion graphics and visual effects are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an educational or training content environment.
• Knowledge of audio editing tools like Adobe Audition or Audacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
