Job Description

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for managing video projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with the team to generate ideas and concepts. Your key responsibilities include: - Manipulating and editing video pieces in a seamless manner for the audience - Taking a brief to understand the team's needs and specifications - Reviewing raw material, creating a script, and trimming footage segments - Incorporating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects - Creating rough and final cuts with logical sequencing - Consulting with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process - Staying updated with new editing technologies and industry best practices for efficiency Your Qualifications and Skills should include: - Proven work experience as a video editor - Solid proficiency with editing software packages like Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut - Demonstrable video editing ability showcased in a strong portfolio - Thorough understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity in editing - Creative mindset and storytelling skills - Hands-on experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Flash - Strong aesthetic sensibility and visualization skills for colors, fonts, and layouts - Attention to visual details, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a team,
