As a Video Editor, you will have the exciting opportunity to review and assemble recorded footage into compelling videos that effectively convey our projects, ideas, and stories across various platforms including our website and social media. Your key responsibilities will include managing video projects from inception to completion, collaborating with the team to generate innovative ideas and concepts, skillfully manipulating and editing video pieces to create a seamless viewing experience, and understanding the team's requirements and specifications to produce high-quality videos. You will be responsible for reviewing raw materials, developing video scripts, trimming footage segments, arranging the sequence of the film, integrating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects, as well as creating both rough and final cuts. Additionally, you will ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a video editor, a strong command of digital technology and editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut, and a demonstrable video editing aptitude showcased in a robust portfolio. Your creativity, storytelling skills, and hands-on experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Flash will be essential in producing visually appealing and engaging content. Your key responsibilities will include preparing design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects, creating enticing motion graphics for video deliverables, and delivering motion graphics across various media platforms. You will collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project objectives, assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for design, and enhance motion graphics by editing raw video footage. Additionally, you should research and analyze design techniques, assist in creating storyboards, comprehend client briefs, and make design decisions to effectively manage project resources. It is essential to understand how brands operate and provide creative value additions to client deliverables, working collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and account managers. As a team player, you should motivate and train your creative team to achieve the best results, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for visual details, accuracy, and experience in digital graphics are required, with web design experience considered a plus. Ideally, you should hold a minimum of a graduate degree or a UGC-approved Diploma in any field, along with certifications and training from design schools.,
