Job Title: Video Editor (Full-Time)

Location: Bhopal (On-site)

Experience Required: 1-2 years (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our in-house content team full-time. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, especially in the short-form content space. You'll be working on a variety of exciting brand and client projects across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Transform raw footage into compelling content with professional cuts, transitions, and visual storytelling.

Add music, sound effects, text overlays, motion graphics, and other enhancements.

Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to deliver video content aligned with brand tone.

Participate in shoots if needed and help organize video assets and project folders.

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills (short-form content preferred).

Good sense of visual timing, pacing, and storytelling.

Creative eye and attention to detail.

Ability to work on tight deadlines and take feedback positively.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience in editing for social media formats (especially vertical videos).

Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.

Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or motion graphics tools like After Effects.
