Job Title: Video Editor Location: Gurgaon, India Company: GrowthOperator (www.growthoperator.ai) Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Marketing / Advertising / Digital Media About Us: GrowthOperator is a fast-growing content and social media agency focused on helping brands, businesses, and influencers dominate Instagram and scale through creative content and strategic social media management. Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Video Editor who has at least 2 years of experience, ideally working with a marketing or creative agency. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content for brands across industries, primarily for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ads. Work closely with our creative and content teams to bring concepts to life. Add animations, transitions, captions, and sound effects as per brand guidelines. Optimize videos for various platforms, focusing on engagement and retention. Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining a high level of quality. Stay updated with current social media video trends and apply them effectively. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience . Prior experience working with a marketing agency is mandatory. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Understanding of different aspect ratios and formats for social media. Ability to handle feedback and deliver edits on time. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Basic motion graphics / animation experience. Knowledge of color grading and sound design. Experience working with content creators or influencer marketing teams.
