Video Editor & Graphic Designer

As a Video Editor & Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content through video editing and graphic design. Your role will involve a combination of technical skills and creativity to produce marketing videos, graphics, and other visual assets. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and the qualifications required: **Key Responsibilities:** - **Video Production & Editing:** - Visualize, edit, and produce marketing/promotional videos, short-form content, and event highlights. - Review scripts and raw footage to create compelling narratives. - Add music, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling. - Deliver polished first drafts and final cuts with logical flow and smooth transitions. - Stay updated with the latest editing tools and industry trends. - **Graphic Design:** - Conceptualize and design static and motion graphics for various platforms. - Work with layouts, illustrations, typography, and color schemes in line with brand guidelines. - Develop creative assets that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand voice. - Retouch and enhance photos for marketing and communication purposes. - **Creative Collaboration:** - Collaborate with production teams and stakeholders to translate briefs into impactful visuals. - Brainstorm and execute storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the brand story. - Review and refine designs/videos based on feedback while maintaining creative quality. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design. - Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve. - Ability to work with ready-made templates and customize them creatively. - A portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video and design. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be expected to conduct design and editing workshops/training sessions for school teams as required. Your role will require a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
