Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Apply trendy transitions, sound syncs, quirky effects, and strong pacing.
Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Maintain consistency with brand tonality while experimenting with new editing styles.
Deliver quick turnarounds for trend-based content and event highlights.
Manage video assets, project files, and maintain a library of brand-aligned templates.

Traits & Skills:

Fast editor with deep knowledge of Instagram/YouTube editing styles.
Proficient in
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).
Up to date with
meme culture, viral trends, sound effects, and quirky editing techniques.

Strong eye for
storytelling, timing, and detail.
Ability to juggle multiple edits simultaneously without compromising creativity or quality.
A proactive mindset, always eager to experiment with new styles and formats.

Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree in
Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Studies, or related field
(preferred, not mandatory if skillset is proven).
Prior experience in
digital content creation, marketing agencies, or influencer/media production
is an advantage.
