We’re Hiring: Video Editor

📍 Location: Mumbai

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands content and stays updated with current Reel trends, formats, and pacing.

This role is focused on short-form content that is designed for attention, retention, and relevance.

What You’ll Do

• Edit Reels and short-form videos

• Stay up to date with trending Instagram formats, sounds, and editing styles

• Turn raw footage into clean, engaging, mobile-first content

• Work closely with the founder/creative team

• Edit a maximum of 2–3 Reels per day (quality over quantity)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of video editing experience

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels ecosystem

• Good sense of timing, music, and pacing

• Ability to adapt quickly to trends while maintaining brand consistency

Tools

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus

Location

• Mumbai (on-site / hybrid)

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

(Based on skill, consistency, and understanding of Instagram trends)
