We are looking for a creative Videographer Cum Editor who can handle both video shooting and editing for short-form content. This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to improve their camera handling skills, learn professional shooting techniques, and grow in a creative agency environment.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting high-quality reels using an iPhone, understand camera angles, and confidently edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut.
• Shoot Instagram reels and short-form videos using iPhone
• Improve camera handling, stability, framing, and movement
• Apply proper camera angles, lighting, and composition
• Edit reels using CapCut (cuts, transitions, text, effects, music)
• Follow trending reel formats and brand guidelines
• Work on brand shoots, studio shoots, and campaign content
• Create engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms
• Coordinate with the creative team for concepts and execution
• 0–1 year experience as a Videographer or Video Editor
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of iPhone videography
• Strong understanding of camera angles and composition
• Hands-on experience with CapCut editing
• Basic storytelling and reel pacing sense
• Awareness of Instagram reel trends
• Willingness to learn and improve camera handling skills
• Creative mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Full-time salary of ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Hands-on learning in professional videography and editing
