Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong experience in podcast editing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and audio, with the ability to craft engaging content that enhances our brand voice across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video content, with a strong focus on podcast episodes (video + audio).
• Clean, balance, and enhance audio tracks for clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Sync video and audio recordings from multiple sources to create polished final outputs.
• Add intros, outros, transitions, lower-thirds, subtitles, and branding elements.
• Repurpose podcast content into social media clips, reels, and highlights.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, podcast formats, and digital content creation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing podcast or interview-style content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro).
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of different content formats for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
