Video Editor

You will be joining our in-house team in Kothrud, Pune as a Pro Video Editor with expertise in Basic Motion Graphics. Your primary responsibilities will include editing full-length podcast episodes, creating engaging Reels/Shorts, and designing dynamic title animations and motion graphics for our brand. You must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form video storytelling. Your key responsibilities will involve editing podcast episodes with clean cuts and smooth transitions, creating impactful clips for various social media platforms, designing channel titles and branding elements, performing basic audio cleanup and color correction, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure content alignment with branding and messaging. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends in video content, editing styles, and motion graphics. Requirements for this role include expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (Expert) and After Effects (Basic), substantial experience in podcast editing and short-form content creation, a sound understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video pacing, knowledge of audio enhancements and color grading, a strong sense of storytelling with attention to detail, and a portfolio or showreel demonstrating your work. It would be advantageous to have experience with social media video formats and trends, a basic understanding of sound design and thumbnail creation, and an interest in podcast or YouTube channel growth and branding strategies.
