Position Overview We are hiring a high-performing, creative, and detail-obsessed Video Editor to join our fast-growing media team. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of video projects and turn raw footage into premium, high-impact content that our audience will love. If you excel at editing course-based videos, product demos, educational content, YouTube videos, sponsorship clips, and social media shorts , this is your chance to work on meaningful, high-visibility projects. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Content Creation ● Craft polished, professional-quality videos from raw footage. ● Edit high-retention YouTube long-form content with effective pacing & storytelling. ● Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and Instagram clips designed for virality. ● Apply color grading, transitions, audio cleanup, subtitles, and VFX. Creative Execution ● Deliver visually compelling educational & product-based videos . ● Enhance content through thoughtful visual storytelling and branding. Team Collaboration ●Work closely with scriptwriters, anchors, designers, and videographers . ●Maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with brand voice and guidelines. Workflow & Optimization ● Optimize every video for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms . ● Organize project files, assets, and timelines for an efficient production workflow. ● Stay updated with editing trends, tools, algorithms, and platform best practices.
