Position Overview

We are hiring a high-performing, creative, and detail-obsessed Video Editor to join our

fast-growing media team. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of video projects and turn raw footage

into premium, high-impact content that our audience will love. If you excel at editing course-based videos, product demos, educational content, YouTube videos, sponsorship clips, and social media shorts, this is your chance to work

on meaningful, high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

● Craft polished, professional-quality videos from raw footage.

● Edit high-retention YouTube long-form content with effective pacing & storytelling.

● Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and Instagram clips designed for virality.

● Apply color grading, transitions, audio cleanup, subtitles, and VFX.

Creative Execution

● Deliver visually compelling educational & product-based videos.

● Enhance content through thoughtful visual storytelling and branding.

Team Collaboration●Work closely with scriptwriters, anchors, designers, and videographers.

●Maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.

Workflow & Optimization

● Optimize every video for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.

● Organize project files, assets, and timelines for an efficient production workflow.

● Stay updated with editing trends, tools, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Technical Skills Required

● Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced proficiency)

● Adobe After Effects (Animations & motion graphics)

● Adobe Photoshop (Basic graphic enhancements)

● Strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual clarity

● Knowledge of YouTube, Reels, Shorts formats and best practices

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of hands-on, professional video editing experience

● Strong attention to detail and creative judgment

● Ability to handle deadlines and fast-paced environments

● Self-driven, proactive, and capable of full project ownership

● Must be available to work on-site in Hyderabad (full-time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
