Video Editor Cum Graphic Designer

Role Overview: We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can independently handle the complete video production process, from raw footage to final delivery. You will be responsible for all editing work currently handled in-house. Key Responsibilities (Very Important):You will be fully responsible for all video-related work, including but not limited to: End-to-end video editing (raw footage to final output) Short-form content editing (Reels, Shorts, Social Media Videos) Motion graphics & animations (text, lower thirds, basic effects) Sound correction & audio cleanup Adding suitable Background Music (BGM) and Sound Effects (SFX) Creating smooth, professional transitions Color correction & basic color grading Ensuring videos are platform-ready (Instagram, YouTube, Ads, etc.) Handling multiple projects & tight deadlines Maintaining consistent quality & brand style Delivering final videos along with project files when required Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Understanding of audio balancing & sound design Basic sense of visual storytelling & pacing Ability to work independently without constant supervision What We Expect:Ownership mindset — this role replaces the work I was doing Attention to detail and quality Good communication & timely delivery Willingness to learn and improve Type of Work:Short-form & long-form videos Promotional videos, ads, and social content Motion graphics–based edits Additional Responsibilities & Skills Required:Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube, Reels, and ads Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Comfortable using Canva for quick creatives & social posts Ability to use AI tools for: Creative assistance Image/video enhancement Faster content production Create basic to professional PPTs using: Canva PowerPoint AI-based presentation tools Bonus (Good to Have):Understanding of social media design trends Basic knowledge of branding & visual consistency Ability to handle multiple creative tasks independently
