As a Senior Video Editor at our company, you will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form content, such as Reels, YouTube videos, ads, and brand campaigns, with a trend-first mindset. Your role will involve crafting visually captivating intros/hooks to grab attention, staying updated with platform algorithms and trends, and collaborating with creative and content teams to shape resonating storytelling for the audience. You will need to ensure high-quality edits with strong pacing, transitions, effects, music, and sound design, while also optimizing videos for different platforms and formats to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, you will be expected to experiment with new editing techniques and formats to keep the content fresh and engaging. Key Responsibilities: - Edit short-form and long-form content with a trend-first mindset - Craft visually captivating intros/hooks for immediate attention - Stay updated with platform algorithms, trending sounds, memes, and editing styles - Collaborate with creative and content teams for resonating storytelling - Ensure high-quality edits with strong pacing, transitions, effects, music, and sound design - Optimize videos for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency - Experiment with new editing techniques and formats for fresh and engaging content Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience - Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology - Ability to adapt to trends quickly and create relevant content - Portfolio showcasing viral content, social-first campaigns, or high-performing video projects - Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines - Experience in motion graphics and color grading is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please drop your resume to joinnavdeesh@gmail.com or refer someone who might be a suitable candidate.,
