Job Description

Handle
indoor and outdoor video shoots
, including patient stories, OPD shoots, and institutional events.
Operate
Handycam in Operation Theatres
for oculoplasty and other surgeries, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
Perform
basic video editing
(titles, cuts, background music, voice sync, etc.) using
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (FCP)
.
Support senior editors in preparing final deliverables.

Coordination & Communication

Understand doctors and consultants requirements for video recording and editing.
Maintain
minimum communication skills
in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
for interaction with patients and staff.
Coordinate with departments
during shoots and ensure smooth execution.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of
Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (FCP)
for video editing.
Basic skills in
Photoshop
for image adjustments and collages.
Familiarity with
MS Office tools
for documentation and reporting.
Understanding of
camera settings, lighting adjustments, and audio recording
.

¥ Operational & Institutional Support

Willingness to work in
OPD shoots with patients
(after obtaining consent).
Perform
leg work
such as coordinating with stores, security, purchase department, and other sections for required materials or gate passes.
Support colleagues in video-related tasks across different departments and campuses.
Willingness to work on Sundays or public holidays if required
(for workshops, conferences, or events).

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of experience in videography
.
Basic
video editing skills
.
Flexibility to travel to
Vijayawada, Vizag, Kadapa, and secondary centers
when required.
Ability to work in
Operation Theatres
with adherence to sterilization and safety protocols.
Communication skills in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
.
Team player with willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
