Your Role – What You'll Do:

• Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content that educates, entertains, and hooks viewers.
• Transform raw footage into scroll-stopping videos — fast cuts, zooms, memes, captions, sound effects, animations — you get the drill.
• Collaborate with our creators, YouTube manager, and social media team to bring scripts and concepts to life.
• Create platform-specific edits optimized for IG, YT, TikTok, etc.
• Add animated text, transitions, effects, background music, and sync everything to perfection.
• Stay on top of video trends, edit styles, and viral formats.
• Manage timelines and deliver edits at speed without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing (agency, brand, or content creator side).
• A killer reel or portfolio — show us your best short-form edits!
• Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop.
• Eye for color, pace, audio, and storytelling.
• Experience editing for social-first brands is a huge plus.
• Bonus: Know basic motion graphics or animation? We love that.
