Job Description: Video Editing cum Motion Graphics Trainer
Location: TGC Animation & Multimedia, Jaipur Centre
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

TGC Animation & Multimedia, one of India’s premier creative training institutes, is looking for an experienced Video Editing cum Motion Graphics Trainer to join our Jaipur Centre. If you're a visual storyteller with expertise in editing and motion graphics, and you enjoy teaching and mentoring, this is your chance to train the next generation of content creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
• Teach industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and optionally DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Cover essential concepts such as timeline editing, color grading, sound sync, transitions, motion typography, VFX basics, and 2D/3D motion design.
• Guide students in creating YouTube content, reels, short films, explainer videos, and client-based projects.
• Evaluate student projects and provide constructive, in-depth feedback to improve technical and creative output.
• Help students build professional showreels and portfolios aligned with industry standards.
• Stay updated with trends in video content, animation styles, and digital storytelling.
• Collaborate with the academic team to upgrade course content and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong command over Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of additional tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of editing principles, pacing, color correction, audio design, and visual narrative.
• Experience with motion graphics for social media, branding, advertising, and short-form content.
• A creative eye with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred.
• Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Editing, Animation, or Visual Communication is desirable.
