We’re a creative agency that believes in ideas that move people — literally and emotionally. From viral ad films to edgy brand content, Theo Hackie builds stories that break clutter and boost growth.

What You’ll Do:

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ad campaigns, and branded content.

Work with our creative and social teams to bring concepts to life through motion, pace, and sound.

Experiment with transitions, sound design, typography, and formats — make it scroll-stopping.

Optimize videos for different platforms (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.).

Contribute to brainstorms, shoots, and storytelling ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• You think in frames, cuts, and beats.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (bonus).
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling.
• Eye for detail — and memes.
• A portfolio or sample work (even college projects/Reels count).
• You’re hungry to learn, not scared to experiment.
