Video Director

As a Video Content Creator, your role involves creating original and engaging video concepts that are in line with marketing objectives and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals. Your responsibilities will include planning, storyboarding, directing, and supervising video shoots from start to finish, ensuring high production quality through expert camera handling and technical setup. You will also be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing actors, influencers, or freelancers, leveraging your existing network for quick turnarounds. Additionally, you will manage production schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery of final edited content. Key Responsibilities: - Create original and engaging video concepts aligned with marketing goals and brand identity. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives. - Take end-to-end responsibility for video shoots, including planning, storyboarding, directing, and supervising on-set activities. - Demonstrate hands-on expertise in camera handling and technical setup to maintain high production quality. - Source, coordinate, and manage actors, influencers, or freelancers through established ties with talent agencies or individual professionals. - Manage production schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery of final edited content. Qualifications Required: - Strong creative vision and storytelling ability. - Proven experience in video direction, concept ideation, and execution. - Practical experience with camera handling and on-ground shoot responsibilities. - Existing network of actors, agencies, or freelancers for quick turnarounds. - Experience working with product companies directly or through agencies. In this full-time role, you will work day shifts at the designated in-person work location. A preferred qualification for this position is a Diploma, and a required experience of at least 3 years in video editing.,
