As a Video Director, your primary responsibility will be to create original and captivating video concepts that are in line with marketing objectives and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that the campaign goals are clearly understood. From initial planning and storyboarding to directing and overseeing on-set activities, you will have end-to-end ownership of video shoots. Your hands-on expertise in camera handling and technical setup will be crucial in maintaining high production quality. In addition, you will be tasked with sourcing, coordinating, and managing actors, influencers, or freelancers. Your established network with talent agencies or individual professionals will enable you to ensure quick and efficient turnaround times. Managing production schedules, budgets, and team coordination will also be part of your responsibilities, with a focus on delivering final edited content in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong creative vision and storytelling ability, along with a proven track record in video direction, concept ideation, and execution. Practical experience in camera handling and on-ground shoot responsibilities is essential. An existing network of actors, agencies, or freelancers will be advantageous for seamless collaboration and project execution. Previous experience working with product companies, either directly or through agencies, will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Diploma is preferred as the educational qualification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing is required. The work location for this role is in person.,
